We are pleased to announce a €65 million joint venture with Avenue Capital Group, supporting our next phase of growth and our ambition to accelerate housing delivery across Ireland.
The partnership will support the delivery of more than 800 homes and a purpose-built student accommodation project across our existing portfolio in Galway and Cork.
We also have a near-term acquisition pipeline of approximately 1,500 homes and are targeting annual housing delivery of more than 500 homes by 2030.
This is an important milestone for Duffy Property Group. It strengthens our capacity to bring forward opportunities while combining our four decades of development and construction experience with long-term institutional capital.
