Kinsale Plaza is multi-unit residential and commercial development located adjacent to Musgrave Park that sits on both Kinsale Road and Pearse Road in Cork. We are currently preparing a planning permission for a neighbourhood centre scheme which will comprise of 170 apartments made up of 51No 1-beds, 118No 2-beds and 1No 3-bed. Within the development, there will be over 9,000 sqft of commercial area along with a 3,500 sqft creche and ancillary offices. This will be a prominent regeneration of a brownfield site that has been derelict for over 30 years.
